i am new to the forum. alhamdulillah! i discovered it while looking for some information. i am fairly new to mystical islam and not too familiar with parts of islam. i hope someone can help me, insha'allah, with the following question:

when someone recites al-fatiha at times other than during salat, other words are spoken before al-fatiha. could someone provide me with those words (as a roman alphabet transliteration & in english)? also, could someone recommend some books, websites, etc., that answer questions like these for those new to islam?
