assalamu aleikum
I try to perform muraqaba wiz the guide i dowloaded from naqshbandi site but its difficult... any body can give advice?

Yatrib Asalam o Alaikum,

The first step is to get initiated or take Ijazza from a Shiekh of a Sufi way.

send Hazrat Shiekh an email for the permission to perform Muraqbah and dhikr inshallah.
you can read more about Hazrat from his Maktoobat.

i took bayyath by net wiz sheij nazim...
should i still ask permision to that sheij u say.. how to do that?
